PPE-Dental Air Treatment Unit 

We have been working hard to complete a solution for air treatment in Dental Offices.

We are happy to announce that we are ready to offer a solution to our customers.

This Unit Features a 3 Stage Pharmaceutical Filtration Section.

Stage 1: Pre-Filter

This is an important aspect to HEPA Filter system. A Pre-Filter will block larger particles to maintain the life of the HEPA filter.

Stage 2: Carbon Filter

The carbon filter stage will catch some of the particles that passed the pre-filter but more importantly will remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air. This will reduce odors in the office.

Stage 3: 99.99% HEPA Filter

We are using the highest quality commercial grade HEPA filters that operate at 99.99% efficiency. Our unit has a total of 238 SqFt of HEPA Media. This allows for us to achieve a higher ACH (Air Change per Hour) while effectively removing aerosols from the office.

ACH Concentration Circuit

This is the component that really sets our unit apart from the others.

During regular operation the unit will treat the air equally in each operatory.

Once a room is being changed over or an aerosol procedure is completed, office staff will be able to activate the diversion of ACH from other rooms to the one room being evacuated. This will be a button located outside of the operatory.

After activation the room air will be changed out at a rate of 50 ACH.  A room ready indicator LED will let staff know when the room is ready to be re-entered
